FALL/WINTER 2023 CLASSES
The Association provides both in-person and Zoom classes. Details for each follow.
ZOOM CLASS

The Zoom class meets twice a month, usually the 1st and 3rd Sunday. If you have not been coming regularly, please email us at taichistlouis@gmail.com to check the schedule.

The first class of the Fall/Winter 2023 session is September 3.

The fee is $25/month.
IN-PERSON CLASSES

The In-Person classes will meet on Sundays at the Monday Club. There are 2 classes: Beginners and Intermediate/Ongoing.

The first class of the Fall/Winter 2023 session is September 3rd (and 10th).

You must register in advance. Email the Association at taichistlouis@gmail.com.

You may pay when you come to class, but please come early so class can start on time.

INFECTIOUS DISEASE/ POLICY UPDATE – As of September 3, 2023

We are no longer requesting proof of Covid vaccination.
-
Wearing masks is optional during class, but mandatory during push or 2-person exercises when people are in very close proximity.

Please do not come to class if you are not feeling well or test positive for Covid.

Additional health precautions may be required for workshops or guest instructors.
BEGINNERS CLASS

We are accepting new beginners for this class, as well as those who want to review First Circle.

Sundays, 10:00 am-11:00 am
-
The cost is $50/month. Registration is for a 5 month session which is paid monthly.
Each month's payment is due prior to or no later than the first class of each month.
INTERMEDIATE/ONGOING CLASS

Appropriate for anyone who has finished First Circle to those who have completed the form

Sundays, 11:15 am - 12:15 pm
-
The cost is $50/month. Registration is for a 5 month session which is paid monthly.
Each month's payment is due prior to or no later than the first class of each month.
HYBRID OPTION

If you would like to do the zoom class and the in person classes at the Monday Club, the fee is $50/month.
